InkToners Returns
90 Day Guarantee.
InkToners will provide a replacement free of charge
or refund the purchase price at our election for faulty
products returned to us within 90 days of purchase
subject to:
- The product having not been refilled or tampered
with
- Inspection and/or testing by us of returned product
- A
Return Authorisation (RA) number being obtained
by completing and sending the RA form
- A copy of the
RA form together with a sample of faulty print
accompanying the returned product
Original shipping charges are not refundable and Purchasers
are responsible for shipping charges back to us. We
will pay the shipping charges on the replacement product.
Wrong Product
In the event of a Purchaser having ordered the
wrong product, InkToners will generally accept return of
the product and credit the sale price (excluding the
shipping charge) after deducting a restocking fee of 15% or $10 minimum.
If the Purchaser orders replacement product of a similar
or greater value to replace the wrong goods the fee
restocking fee will also cover the cost of shipping by
standard method of the replacement product. Credits are at
the discretion of InkToners and are subject to:
- The product being shipped back to us within 7 days
of receipt by the Purchaser
- A Return Authorisation (RA) number being obtained
by completing and sending the RA form
- A copy of the RA form accompanying the returned
product
- The product and its packaging being as new when
received by us
- The product being a generally stocked item of
InkToners
