Terms & Conditions
InkToners means InkToners Pty Ltd ACN. 113707627
Purchaser means the person or legal entity identified
in InkToner's invoice
No contract comes into existence until the Purchaser`s
order is accepted by InkToners.
Unless credit terms have been expressly agreed by
InkToners, payment for the products shall be made in
full before delivery of the products.
In the event of part of the goods ordered by the Purchaser
being out of stock, Inktoners will advise the Purchaser
of such and the Purchaser may elect to cancel the purchase
for such out of stock items. Upon receipt of notice
of such cancellation from the Purchaser Inktoners will
refund the purchase price paid on such undelivered
item(s).
All contracts between InkToners and Purchasers shall
be subject to the laws of the state of New South Wales.
InkToners warrants that products as supplied are free
from defects and fit for the purpose advertised. |
